[自煮減脂增肌] 香煎三文魚扒配露筍

Ingredients

  • 急凍三文魚扒 2塊
  • 露筍 半包
  • 鹽及黑胡椒粉 適量

Instructions

  1. 將三文魚解凍,洗淨瀝乾。
  2. 開鑊煲水,準備蒸煮露筍,同時用鹽及黑胡椒為露筍及三文魚扒調味。
  3. 水滾後把露筍隔水蒸5分鐘。
  4. 用中高火燒熱平底易潔鑊,加少量油,並放三文魚扒煎煮1-2分鐘。
  5. 把三文魚扒翻轉,再煎1-2分鐘。
  6. 將露筍及三文魚扒放在碟上,完成!
