訓練計劃 Workout Plan

一個星期一兩次訓練是不足夠的,所以我們會因應學員的需求,例如訓練地點、時間、及程度,度身制訂適合的訓練計劃,並清𥇦地列明計劃目的、方法、針對肌肉等,學員只需跟隨App上的內容訓練即可隨時隨地訓練。

Working out for once or twice a week is insufficent to achieve a great body figure. That is why we tailor workout plans according to our clients' needs, such as available facilities, time, and clients' fitness level. We state very clearly in each workout plan for the aims, methods, and target muscles so all our clients need to do is to follow our app to train themselves

飲食餐單 Meal Plan

飲食跟訓練一樣重要,因此教練會透過App傳送度身訂造的飲食餐單給學員,內容包括每天應攝取的卡路里、三大主要營養的比例、及食物選擇建議。學員們亦需在App內輸入當天進食的食物,好讓教練跟進及作出微調。

A great diet is as crucial as a great training. Our trainers will distribute a tailor-made meal plan for our clients so they can learn the suitable daily calorie consumption, macros ratio, and food choices. Clients should also use the app to track the food they consume so our trainers can follow up and fine-tune the meal plans.

預約課堂 Schedulling

預約課堂可以是很麻煩的事,但透過手機App,學員只需一兩個步驟便能預約、更改、或取消課堂。

Schedulling can be a very troublesome process. However, our app enables our client to book, change, or chancel a session within a few steps.
