Private Training

每堂60分鐘,主要教授學員重量訓練及飲食知識。分別有一對一、一對二及一對三訓練計劃。

Each session lasts for 60 mins to conduct weight training and diet consultation. We offer 1-on-1, 1-on-2, and 1-on-3 training.

Group Class

每堂50分鐘,以燒脂訓練為主,可燃燒約700卡路里。每班最多10人,讓教練可細心指導每位學員。

Around 700 KCal can be burnt during the 50-min class. The class size is 10 people so our trainer can cater for the need of every client.

Lunch Group Training

每堂30分鐘,專為上班一族而設的健身班,讓學員可在Lunch Time時出一身汗,燃燒約350卡路里。

If you want to get sweaty during lunch break, this 30-min class is perfect for you! As much as 350 KCal can be burnt in one session.

GymBeginner Studio is situated at a handy location with high privacy. There are shower rooms and monthly rental lockers, which make workout convenient for those who go to work. With over 20 training equipment, you can gain muscle or lose weight very effectively!
